Baby Eczema Clothing

If your baby is suffering from eczema and you are looking for the proper baby eczema clothing , then you should stick to dressing him/her in natural fabrics like cotton. Do not dress them up in wool or any other scratchy materials because this will irritate their skin even more, which is very sensitive when they have eczema.

I haven’t really found any specific baby eczema clothing, other than it is a real good idea to dress them in natural fabrics like cotton as I stated above.  Eczema is a common condition and you must take great care and proper steps to help treat it.  When bathing, make sure the water isn’t too warm because this could dehydrate the skin even more.  Use a mild soap and do not shampoo or wash your baby until the end of the bath.  You should consider using a fragrance free shampoo and soap, and also for the laundry detergent for their clothing.

Do not let your baby scratch at their skin as this will irritate it even more.  You should probably keep their nails cut short as to prevent them from doing this. As far as the sheets on their bed, you should be using the softest ones available.  You can also try putting a glove or sock on his/her hands that is made of cotton when you put them to bed.  Always consult your doctor on the proper steps for your baby’s eczema as it can vary between people.
